Personal Consultation & Treatment

Unhurried, one-to-one Ayurvedic care — Nadi Pariksha, Prakriti assessment and a treatment plan written for your body, your life and your budget.

What to expect

A consultation that actually listens

Your first visit takes 30–45 minutes. Before any prescription, our doctor will study three things together: your body (Prakriti), your imbalance (Vikriti) and your life (ahara–vihara — food, work, sleep, stress).

  • Nadi Pariksha — pulse diagnosis by an experienced BAMS physician
  • Prakriti assessment — your constitutional type, so advice fits you
  • Written treatment plan — medicines, diet, routine, therapy (if needed)
  • Digital casepaper — your full history stays on the patient portal
  • Teleconsultation — video follow-ups for travel-free continuity

Consultation FAQs

Walk-ins are welcome through the day, but booked patients get priority slots — especially for first consultations, which run 30–45 minutes. Requesting a slot above is the surest way to avoid a wait.
Bring any recent medical reports (blood tests, scans, prescriptions) and, if possible, come with an empty stomach or 3+ hours after a meal — pulse reading is clearest then. Wear loose, comfortable clothing.
It depends on how long the imbalance has been there. Acute complaints may settle in days; chronic conditions typically need 1–3 months of structured treatment, sometimes with a Panchakarma course. Your doctor will give you an honest timeline at the first visit itself.
Yes — never stop any prescribed medicine on your own. Bring the full list; our doctors will coordinate, and any tapering is done gradually and under supervision.
Yes, for follow-ups and for patients who cannot travel. Book a slot through the form above and mention "teleconsultation" in the concern field — the front desk will schedule the video call.
